Israel's "preemptive" strike against gaza

The Israeli Defence Force did a preemptive strike against "Hamas Militants and dangerous terrorists". Seriously I can see the potential danger caused by five and six year old civilians. After ten or fifteen years of continuous carpet bombing and harrassment by the IDF, in case they survive, they might pick up a rocket launcher an d throw rockets into israel too.....
